What restaurants ask us first.
Do I have to use SquareDrop for delivery?
No. A site on its own is $2,500, and its maintenance is $79 a month from the day it goes live. With a year of SquareDrop it's $1,000, and maintenance is free for the first 12 months, then $49 a month, beside SquareDrop's own $250.
What do you need from me?
Your menu, your hours, a handful of good photos, your logo if you have one, and your domain name if you already own one. Links to anything you use for ordering, reservations or gift cards, too.
Can I change things after it goes live?
Yes. 2 small edits a month are included (new photos, prices, hours, a holiday banner): send them to us and we make them. Bigger changes are $100 an hour, with a written quote first for anything over two hours.
Who owns the website?
Your domain is registered in your name. If you ever leave, you get a complete copy of your site to keep using for your restaurant, wherever you like.
Does it work with my online ordering and reservations?
Yes. Your order button can open SquareDrop, your own ordering link, or simply call you. Reservations, catering, a waitlist and gift cards can each have a button that goes to the service you already use.
What's the catch with the $1,000 price?
It comes with a year of SquareDrop: 12 paid monthly invoices, counted from SquareDrop's launch, not from when you sign. If you leave SquareDrop before then, you pay back the part of the $1,500 discount you haven't used up: $125 for each month left. Nothing at all if your restaurant closes for good. Maintenance is free for the first 12 months, then $49 a month.
