Fernwood started in 2020 as a home bakery delivering croissants to neighbors on bikes. Lena and Theo Marsh opened
the shop a year later, with a two-group espresso machine and an oven that runs from 4 a.m.

Everything in the case is baked here, and the coffee changes with the seasons.
