Since 1987

Gus and Irene Pappas bought a closed-down roadside diner in 1987, painted it red and kept the original counter.
Their kids grew up refilling coffee, and their son Nick runs the place now.

The menu has grown, but the pancake batter, Irene's pies and the bottomless coffee have stayed exactly the same.
