Cooking with fire

Chef Marcus Webb grew up cooking over open fires at his grandfather's farm in Ellijay. After a decade in kitchens
in Charleston and New York he came home to build a restaurant around a single hearth.

We work with fourteen farms within a hundred miles, and the menu changes when they do.
